Instantly declined reviews

Everytime I try to upload a new review it keeps getting instantly declined. I'm currently in the middle of transferring all the reviews I've made in my life onto the platform so perhaps I have gotten some sort of automatic ban? I didn't get any email or notification about it though so I'm really not sure. Here is one of the digit codes for a review that got declined: #230428-132753-567204.
