Incorrectly declined submission

Can a staffer please look into submission #210409-221433-967602? As you can see, this photo (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1828818/mediaviewer/rm4068615680/) clearly has a watermark on it and should therefore be deleted. Can you deleted this photo please and send a message to the person who added it to the database so they know watermarks on photos aren't allowed?
