Incorrect Outline Stays Up, Correct Online Doesn't Get Deleted

Hello,

This concerns #260822-221644-628000 and #260823-165350-373000 and Season 3 Episode 9 of Mushoku Tensei.

"Rudy's new life in a magical world brings friends, adventure, and a chance to live his dreams." is a general outline of what Mushoku Tensei is, specifically pertaining to season 1 of the series. A lot goes on in the series, but it's a short summary of what the series is in 1 sentence. That is the exact problem I pointed out in my submission. It's an outline of the series, and not the specific episode. I made a submission for deletion explaining this, and it was rejected for "Reason: Does not meet contribution guidelines."
When the episode aired on a certain streaming platform, I took the outline from that episode and submitted it, just like almost every other episode on this series on IMDb, and it got rejected for the exact same reason as the previous submission. I am confused as to why an episode outline that doesn't describe what happens in that specific episode was accepted and gets to stick, yet the outline that actually has details on what happens in the episode is rejected. It doesn't make sense at all.

Additionally, because of what I have just seen, I don't believe sensible human beings are looking at these submissions, because I'm about to go patch up a separate  outline that got let in because of the current trolling war between Mushoku Tensei, Bleach, and Re:Zero fans on this platform. How is this even allowed:  Like come on y'all, be serious.
