This movie is actually episode 14 from the TV series Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch, called Sabrina the Troll Princess and it doesn't have 1h 28m, it has only 30m.

Based on the product pages, it appears that both titles "Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch: The Troll Princess (2015)" and "Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch - Magic of the Red Rose (2015)" were individually released video titles and are eligible to be listed.
It is possible that there was a condensed version of The Troll Princess released as an episode of the series (season 1 episode 14).
Given that there are significant differences between the episode and the released video version, bot are eligible to be listed.
