Incorrect merge redux
This thread was closed, so I can't follow up on it. https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/incorrect-merge/651e92dae82d554bfb12d115
I have a few questions.
In this circumstance, to ensure all images on the actor's name page were preserved, this approach by our investigative team was deemed the best and safest way to split the name pages.
What does this mean? Is there a dangerous way to split name pages? How would putting this page back to a (II) have any effect on the images and why has this never been an issue in the past? What explanation was given for the merge?

Hi @ind3 -
Typically, the individual with the first listed credits on the page determine whose credits remain and whose should be moved.
I'm currently investigating the ticket associated with the recent name/page split. I will circle back here once I have further details.
