Incorrect locked credit on photo

Darcy C. Scanlin was tagged in these 2 photos:

However he isn't in the photo's. I can't remove the credits because they are locked.
I tried the suggestion given:
If the IMDbPro member is not actually in this image, please report it for being "Not Relevant" using the "Report This" option in the gallery. 

But those contributions got declined.

So how do I remove them?
