Incorrect information on IMDB page

I was given credit for a movie called A Marriage On Fire (Un Matrimonio al Rojo Vivo) by an unknown source. I have never been in this movie. I am listed as "SELF" for the Christian Broadcast Network program, "Investigating the Supernatural: Miracles." It was an acting gig not self. I am listed under Swagger, Season 2, as having been in episodes 6 and 7 but not episode 8. I submitted the pay stubs for that episode in the past AND I am clearly shown in one scene as a student/fan and in another scene for the same episode as a student at the high school prom. My distinctive prom dress is clearly visible.
