Incorrect Credit

For years I have had a film listed under my account that I don't appear in. I have no association with the project. There must be some confusion and someone incorrectly added me. I am not credited, never appear in the film, and have no affiliation with any of the production firms either. Every time I request it be deleted I get a generic reply back that I haven't provided proof. How can I provide proof I wasn't in something? Can someone assist or tell me who to contact? Thanks
