Incorrect credit, unable to delete

Hi, I'm listed as both an assistant parking coordinator AND assistant production coordinator for a film. I am not a parking coordinator. I've tried twice to delete the credit but was rejected with this message: Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution. Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided. 

Who can I contact to remove the assistant parking coordinator title? Thanks.
