Incorrect Credit | Bambai Meri Jaan [ Under Art Department

While adding the credit, I was trying to add my name is a credit (https://www.imdb.com/user/ur171214453/?ref_=nv_usr_prof_2) as a 'Production Design Assistant' but instead of my name, It captured some other name 'Pravin Kadam (i)' (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4355472/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cr501) in the credit. I wish to add my profile as a 'Production Design Assistants' .
