Incorrect credit attached to my Name Page — two deletion submissions declined as “Unable to verify”

Hello IMDb Support,

I’m hoping an IMDb employee can help me with a mistaken-identity issue involving my Name Page. I have submitted the same correction twice, and both submissions were declined as “Unable to verify.”

My Name Page:

I am Daniel Garcia, and this is my correct Name Page. However, the page currently contains the following credit, which does not belong to me:

David Lafuente – Un Rayo de Luz (2021) (Music Video) Production Assistant. 

I did not work on this music video, and I am not the production assistant associated with this credit. I believe this is a mistaken identity/name-page association involving another person with the same or a similar name. I submitted a request to remove this credit, but it was declined as “Unable to verify.” I then resubmitted the deletion with additional documentation, and that submission was also declined as “Unable to verify.”

My submission references are:

First submission: 260819-214408-961000
Second submission: 260921-170508-859000

For additional context, the same Name Page now correctly contains my Writers’ Assistant credit for Women Wearing Shoulder Pads (2025), which is my legitimate television credit. I have documentation establishing my identity and my employment history available if needed.

I understand that IMDb needs to maintain accurate and verifiable information. My concern is specifically that the Un Rayo de Luz production assistant credit belongs to a different person and is incorrectly associated with my Name Page.

Could an IMDb employee please review the two declined submissions above and advise what evidence or information is needed to establish that this particular credit belongs to another individual and should be removed from my Name Page? Thank you for your help!
