Incorrect copyright information

Hello! 

A BTS photo was added to my film's page, but unfortunately the copyright information on the photo is incorrect. Is it possible to amend this without filing a copyright claim?

The copyright should read either: 'Jake Goddard', or 'Jake Goddard & James Fisher' 

I have any relevant paper work as evidence if it's needed.
