Incorrect budget needs changing

Hi,

I submitted a film I co-directed, At Home with the Boyle Family, with a factually incorrect budget figure, which was a random number off the top of my head. I thought I would be able to correct it later.

I submitted a request to delete the budget but eventually it was declined (was pending for several days until I saw it this morning). Ref 260218-185604-497000

The budget figure is not factually correct and I would like to change it. The figure is much too high and it definitely did not cost that much to make.

Can you please let me know what I should do?

Just to also note that I changed my name in the UK by deed poll and I am now Kim Heaney. The film was made under my birth name Stuart Heaney. I am trying to get this sorted out in my account. I have posted on a separate thread about this.

Thanks so much for your kind assistance!Kim Heaney (FKA Stuart)

Hi Kim_Heaney-

Thank you for posting the reference! In this case, you can re-submit it but as a correction instead of a deletion and provide an explanation. Once re-submitted, our editors will take another look.

Cheers!

Thanks so much Maya! As a smalltime filmmaker who made a self-funded passion project and who is an inexperienced IMDb contributor who made a mistake. I really appreciate your consideration.

@Maya just to let you know that I should be able to send the re-submission this Friday (27th) afternoon, UK time, as that is the earliest I will be able to check some records and type up a full and well-considered explanation.
