Inaccurate information

Is there a place to report inaccurate trivia information?  For the movie "A Knight's Tale" there are two pieces of trivia that can't both be accurate; one says the opening scene was a stunt double that was injured and the other says the director's tooth was knocked out in a demonstration but that was the only injury.  Unless the director was also the stunt double and was jousting against Heath Ledger, which doesn't seem logical, then these two statements can not both be true.
