IMDBPro added invalid birth day (year and month are correct) to my client's unclaimed profile.

My client noticed her birthday was invalid on her IMDBPro listing. The month and year are correct but the day of birth is off by two days. We do not know who added this information and upon trying to correct it, we were notified that we needed to provide "proof" to update the date. Meanwhile no proof was used to put the wrong date in the first place by an unauthorized individual. We suspect the invalid date was added back when IMDB had little to no moderation oversight when the public had the ability to change the listings. The short story is, someone at some point put an invalid birthday on my clients page and now IMDB is demanding we prove the invalid day of birth is invalid by submitting proof. My client has no desire to provide her birth certificate and legally she is not required to do so. We simply want the day of birth corrected.
