IMDbPro Account name

When I signed up before I became Pro, I used my business name. I guess on a personal account? Someone gave me a credit for being on his show a while back, But I just found it because I was searching my name, and he used my facebook personal name without asking me, which has my maiden name and my current name. I don't go by my maiden name anymore. How do I fix this not by merging because I don't want the other name? But not lose the credit? I have a streaming network for moms. I'm not a actress or crew. Customer Support has been useless, just sending me links that don't answer my question. I only figured out that I need to have a personal account with a credit to be associated with a company page? I'm not even sure? I have so many contacts I need to add! Thanks to anyone who can help me, I appreciate it!
