IMDb wont remove credit that was made by someone outside of production

I have a few credits from a company that were made from someone outside of the productions, and they added me as an actor in them. I was not supposed to be. I have tried and have been in contact with the company's casting director and producers trying to remove me, but it keeps getting denied no matter what. I get it, it looks factual, but confirmed to have been made by random people who just added me. Is there any way to fix this?
