IMDb won't delete false roles and my other personal info from my profile no matter how much proof I give.

I'm a young inspiring actor and recently I've noticed quite a few roles be added on my account. I have 2 real projects on this account that I've been in, somehow there were 13 projects??? I sent request for all of the false ones to be deleted and after countless tries I'm now down to 6 projects. I don't know how this happened, I'm thinking it's maybe one of my friends or if someone just messing with my profile but it needs to stop. I tried sending a request for removal of my height and birth date but it still wouldn't accept no matter what. Does anyone know what can I submit to convince them that my bday and height is false? Websites that take info from IMDb are listing these false projects onto my account and it's lowering my chances as an actor. Can anyone please help with this? What can I submit to prove them that more than half of my profile is fake???
