IMDb will not list accurate credits

I've submitted accurate credits from the actual tv show Obi-Wan Kenobi as it is shown on screen of the tv show. IMBb has denied these credits for the creature performers and has so far refused to give credits for a chunk of actors who have credits. How do I get this fixed? I've sent in help requests, I've sent in proof. I've asked them to relook. I've pinged them on twitter and they said to submit a help request. Which i did. They sent me another canned response. What frustrates me is that when I was in American Horror Story a fan was able to submit and get accepted my credits on IMDb twice BEFORE we were even done filming it and BEFORE it had been released that I was even in the show! Now with actual proof of credits I cannot get them posted. It has been a year of this. Can someone help? If this is in the wrong section please let me know where the right one is. Thank you.

Hi @V_Nixie -

Can we have your 18-digit submission reference?

Thanks!

@Bethanny220613-164413-298000 Here it is. However since it's been a year. How about someone; you or another employee, just go and enter the credits as you see them in the end of the show please, instead of potentially asking me to do One more thing to get the credits I've been asking for. Chris Bartlett, Niki Botelho, Morgana Ignis, Garon Michael, V Nixie, Bradley Schutt, and David St. Pierre all deserve to have their credits added after this show has been airing for more than a year. You're more than welcome to go to the end of the episode and verify that this is indeed how it's shown.

Hi @V_Nixie -

The primary issue here is the category placement of these credits.  I am confirming with the appropriate the correct category, as soon as I have confirmation I will post the details here.

Hi @V_Nixie -

I'm circling back to confirm that like other similar types of performers (i.e. motion-capture performers, animatronic operators etc.), "creature performer" credits belong under the "Additional Crew" section as opposed to the cast section where you initially submitted these credits.

I have resubmitted the credits on your behalf (submission #231119-035854-754000).

I hope this helps!

@Michelle we are not crew! We are actors. Putting under crew is 100% incorrect.
