IMDB selective about rule enforcement regarding reviews

Twice now I've had detailed reviews of mine declined because I used a "strong" (non-cuss) word in the body, only for me to view the reviews of the same title and spot several profanity-laced ones that were submitted and approved.

What kind of bull is this? I take it they're approved manually so why on earth would they approve a really trashy review of 1-2 lines filled with profanity in the body AND title, and completely reject mine in which I go into detail about my specific rating?
