IMDB Scorecard

I am the sole owner of our Tribeca film, ‘The Other, Gold’ and its production company THE OTHER GOLD LLC. It is urgent that I add the trailer to our page, but IMDB support does not seem to understand that in 2025 there is no website or email address attached to this (non-existent) website that I can send to verify who I am. We have social media and use our Tribeca page for anyone to reference. I have every piece of legal paperwork and am all over Tribeca’s site as the sole producer. I’ve had an IMDBPro acct for over 10 yrs that I used to create TOG’s IMDB page and make regular updates, etc. But, somehow that is not enough. I really need a human to respond to my message and verify me some other way as who I am doesn’t seem to be an issue when I pay my annual fee to renew.
