IMDB says they cannot verify Michael Madsen actor credit in our film, "The Wraith Within"

We are filming "The Wraith Within" and have already finished with Michael Madsen. Somehow, IMDB has not added his credit to our film as they say they cannot verify. I have a contract. I have film with Michael in it. Michael himself posted a selfie on his social media over labor day weekend on our set. There is a group photo from the Labor Day weekend shoot with Michael in costume posted on our IMDB page, lol! Our producer, Michael's manager, and I have all added him to have him denied. Here is my question: How do I submit information for the IMDB platform to verify? The submittal forms only allow me to write as I am now. This is frustrating. Thank you for any advice.

Micheal has already been here and filmed all of his scenes and wrapped on Labor Day weekend. He has posted on Instagram a selfie of himself in the Sheriff uniform on set. We have a signed contract. We have a group photo on set. We can provide stills from the film. Michael's manager, Bruno Rosoto and our production manager, Carlos Samudio have attemted to upload this credit for Michael, and IMDB has yet to credit him on the Wraith Within page. @Rida OK, just submitted myself for the 3rd time. Please not that Bruno Rosato and Carlos Samudio have also unsuccessfully submitted the addition of Michael with no avail and to their disbelief, lol! Bruno told me he has never seen this before from IMDB and he handles multiple celebrities including Michael Madsen. I added 3 separate URL's in the evidence this time for the "team" to verify. We have had zero issues adding anyone else, including Jonathan Joss. The process at this point seems very frustrating.

These are all verifiable. I am still unsure exactly what your team needs to give Michael Madsen the credit he has earned in this production. Please tell me specifically what you need. Again, this is frustrating. I have never had any addition kicked back other than this one. And you have failed to credit Michael multiple times now. This is absolutely not resolved. Please follow up on this. Thank you.
