IMDb refuses to update the release date of our film, it keeps changing back

We have a short film that has yet to be released, but our page has the release date of a private screening we hosted. Several members of our team have submitted updates to correct this but the updates just won't go through. As a result our release year is shown as last year when it shouldn't be as our premiere date was in September 2025. This has been quite frustrating for us, because last time I made a post about this, the release date was eventually changed. But then shortly after, it just reverted back to being 2024.

I've sent links to a festival page showing our world premiere date and despite that the year keeps going back to 2024 instead of staying as 2025. Is there a way to permanently have this fixed and not constantly see the wrong information on the page?
