IMDB ratings malfunction - Son of Sardaar2

Hi, Son of Sardaar2 movie weighed rating = 8.6 unweighed rating = 4.2 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt29429860/ratings/?ref_=tt_ov_rat Yes, I know what weighed rating and what it is used for. But come on, the difference cannot be 4.4. Max I've seen is like 2 for other movies.
