IMDB, please save your reputation: stop the user rating sabotage

The deliberate, politically motivated sabotage of movies like The Last Jedi & Black Panther is blindingly obvious to all. The trolls even claim credit for their actions, and the IMDB user ratings do not line up with any other gauge of these movies' overall success & public receptions. IMDB, you risk becoming an untrustworthy joke when one can scroll down for an hour without finding a positive IMDB review of (in the case of BP) one of the best reviewed movies of all time. Instead, we get page after page of obvious troll reviews, some lengthy and detailed in order to appear legit.

I understand removing reviews is problematic, but if a film's overall score is 7.5, shouldn't the highlighted/topmost reviews on the IMDB page reflect that score instead of overwhelmingly representing one extreme? That the prominent reviews can be so out of whack with the average score says your algorithms are in need of adjustment. There's really no good excuse for not getting a handle on this.
