IMDb Page Merging

I recently put in a request to merge my name pages on IMDb and I received an email stating the request was approved. However, the page I requested to have to deleted is still present. I also don't have the credits along with other information that I was told would be transferred over to the page I wanted to "merge" or rather remain. Is the request to merge my IMDb pages also handle my issue of having two IMDb Pro pages? Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
