Imdb feature film length

I believe the IMDb feature film length should be changed from 45 minutes to 40 minutes to be consistent with American and British Film Institutes as well as the Oscars. Attention span is about 6 seconds, no wonder box office is down . Let's get some common sense ; great efficient filmmakers can tell optimal stories in half an hour.
