IMDb Fan/Contributor questions > Images & Video > Report videos

IMDB seems to have a lot of issues lately. Contributors are told to use a form at https://help.imdb.com/contact?ref_=helpms_ih_dw_video and go to    IMDb Fan/Contributor questions > Images & Video > Report videos to report videos that do not make sense on a given actor's page. Yet it takes one to an email contact sheet instead of a form to show where the problem is. 

Right now, Kathleen Nolan (I) nm0634303 has a video of Susan Oliver nm0647010 on her page. 

I guess it is because they are so much alike - white, female, and blonde.

Maybe IMDB could actually be sure the links really link to the correct forms, actually have forms to make corrections with, and actually check that they have correct information since apparently they do not trust us to make those.
