Images Declined due to format (SD quality?)
Hello!
I have become interested in adding some stills from a series of videos from the early 1970s that were recorded on 1/2" open reel style Portapaks. When I add the images, they are declined due to format. I made sure they are a proper resolution and have looked again at the requirements, but I believe the images are not being accepted simply due to how they actually appear - slightly fuzzy, SD quality.
Any suggestions about how to proceed?

Hello @pumpkinpecan,
Please know common upload issues are caused by an interruption in internet connectivity or incorrect formatting of the photo.
We currently accept the following image file types: GIF, BMP, PNG, and JPEG/JPG.
All images submitted must be at least 300 pixels wide.
When possible, we recommend uploading images larger than 300 pixels wide to enhance the quality of the images displayed on our site. We resize photos to fit our image qualifications.
For primary images on your IMDb page, it's recommended a vertical alignment (i.e. portrait orientation). The landscape orientation is not recommended as your image will be cropped to suit the portrait orientation. Based on the dimensions and framing of your photo, you may get partially cropped out as a result.
Please also, check your internet connection. If you have an unstable internet connection, we recommend using a wired internet connection to avoid interruptions in uploading.
For more detailed guidance on troubleshoot your image upload, please visit our Help page.
