Image submission immediately in appears in Your Contribution History (Beta) as "Deleted Image"

I submitted an image, and it appeared this way immediately in Your Contribution History (Beta). I resubmitted it, and as you can see, it appeared that way again.

It seems to have been a temporary glitch. Both submissions ended up going through. (I'll have to remove the duplicate, since I submitted the image twice.)

I realise this has been reported, but I'm just adding that it happened for me also, just a few moments ago. I refreshed the page and it no longer said 'deleted image'.
