Image submission immediately in appears in Your Contribution History (Beta) as "Deleted Image"

It seems to have been a temporary glitch. Both submissions ended up going through. (I'll have to remove the duplicate, since I submitted the image twice.)

I can see both were approved, I have still reported the glitch for us to take a look! We'll update this combined thread once we receive further information. Thanks to you all for your patience.

There's another problem caused by this glitch. An image that normally triggers a need to be manually checked is declined immediately. For example, I add cast and images from various news programs and I've noticed a lot of times when a person is speaking during a press conference in front of signage, that image gets held up & is checked manually and then approved. This is not happening now. The image is immediately declined.  Like this one for example: 260507-004808-370819.  Two programs covered the presser live so I've added what may appear to be the same image to both programs (they're not - they have a different time displayed on them) and they've booth been declined.

Off topic, but thank you for adding images to episodes of news programs. I didn't realize any other contributor besides me did that.

@Karen​ - Thank you for posting the reference! I can see that the image was rejected as a duplicate. However, further reviewing, this image has now been approved and will be live shortly.
