Image rejected for poor quality (Dan Weber)

I submitted this image and it was rejected (not without reason) for being poor quality.

Unfortunately, the original video (in 240p) is itself poor quality, and this is the best image I'll ever be able to get from it.

I like to add some kind of image to every title I've submitted to the database, but the pickings for this one are slim. It's this or no image at all.

I'll understand if the staff would prefer no image at all, but I thought I'd ask about it. My own preference is for every title to have some kind of image.
