Image Orientation

Hello, why is the image for an episode viewed horizontally on the episode list page, (seen here: https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt12588420/episodes) but once you click on it the image is cropped into a vertical image on the episode page? (seen here: https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt30275691/) Here is the link the our project page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12588420/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 How do I keep the horizontal orientation for each episode image throughout and maintain the original design, without it being cropped vertically?

Hi @802_2018 - Just to clarify, primary poster images (on a series title page and on the episode title page) will automatically display in the vertical format, this alignment cannot be changed.  For episode lists, our preference is to display still-frame images, this is why the format is horizontal.  Like poster images, the display format of episode still-frame images cannot be changed to a vertical alignment. I hope this helps clarify!

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your answer! So if we submit 2 images for each episode, a poster & a still frame, they will automatically be displayed on the right page? If upload a poster, it will automatically be displayed on the episode title page, and  a still frame in a horizontal format will automatically be displayed on the episode list? Or do I need to upload the images in a certain order, the vertical poster first and then as a second image add the horizontal image?

Hi @802_2018, Series or season posters should not be added or tagged to individual episodes. Please refer to the Title Tags section of our image guidelines or our Images FAQ for further guidance. I hope this helps!
