Image deletion request denial #260910-051114-187019

I would like to appeal the denial of my request for this image to be deleted, the dead woman handcuffed to the car is a main character who was killed off unexpectedly. This is a major spoiler, and its the primary image for the episode, so everyone (including myself) sees it as soon as they view the page, and it kind of ruined the episode for me.
