Image contribution in Actors/Actresses

I've contributed to an actress's page five times in the past 2 months and it says it's "approved" on the update history. Yet, it has not included and there is no approximate due date as there is for trivia contributions. Plus, I've also made an image contribution to several TV shows and they all added in just a day. How long will it take because I would like to contribute to other people as well.
