I'm trying to update a listing for Dune: Prophecy. Won't accept my credit
#240711-044940-749000 add credit issue
My credit is the same as several of my other credits but it keeps getting rejected, with no information as to why it is being rejected. How/Who do I need to contact to get this remedied. Just pointing us to a FAQ page with no other specific info as to why it is rejected, doesn't help.

Thank you for your problem report.
I can confirm your credit additions are being declined because you are adding the credits to the parent series page, and not the individual episodes they belong to. This is our episodic credit policy, which is outlined in our Help article, along with instructions on how to correctly add these credits.
