I was on two shows, not the best, but it's something I guess. How do I get onto the cast list of the show, especially if I can provide that the person is myself?

If the shows are on IMDb, you can try to add your credits. If your name is not already in the database, you can add it in the process.
If you are not credited on screen you have to include "uncredited" in the attribute field and the credits may not be displayed.
