Was it already submitted (did you get a confirmation email?) if so, can we have the 18-digit submission reference to check on it? 
If the problem is you haven't been able to submit, you need to correct/acknowledge any warnings you get in red/yellow and click recheck updates, when everything is showing green you will have the option to submit.
