But I think you can add it to Trivia section.

As mbmb responded above, it's correct, we do not allow early rounds in tournament style events. In this case, yes, you are welcome to add this recognition of being a semi-finalist on this film festival as a Trivia on the title page of the film and on your IMDb name page.
