Idea to combat review-bombing.

After seeing a new victim of review-bombing (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13624900/reviews), I came up with something: you know how when you try to login to an account sometimes the captcha is a question? How about before being able to rate something, the system asks about something that happened in the movie/TV show to prove the person actually watched what he's rating?
