I was credited for a film I wasn't in because I have the same name as the actor who WAS in it and I want to remove from my Filmography

I'm getting absolutely nowhere when I try to submit a ticket to correct a film credit that is not mine.  There are obviously a few other actors with the same name (Randy Hunt), and I was indeed not in "Film Against Humanity (2014)".  I have little doubt that there someone with the same name was in this film, but it was not me. I provided a pretty good explanation with the ticket and it was still rejected.  I just don't want this film showing up in my Filmography -- I wasn't in it!
