I want to send my short videos to IMDb

Hello,

I am a semi-professional photographer and capture short videos as well.

I would like to share my works related to the above-mentioned subjects to IMDb.

Furthermore, I couldn't find the exact answer to my inquiry in the FAQ category.

 Thank you and,

Sincerely,

 Behrouz Ghassemie

Hi, Behrouz Ghassemie. Welcome to the forum of/for the IMDb Community! The short videos of yours that don't already respectively have individual IMDb title pages for them would have to first be published somewhere (else), perhaps YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, ВКонкатке VKonkatke, or 哔哩哔哩 Bilibili, or something like those, better yet Amazon streaming service or MUBI. (I do believe two of the aforementioned services charge a fee for this purpose.) If the short videos meet the title eligibility criteria, which is largely very inclusive, then IMDb title pages for them can be created. For the ones that already have their own pages on IMDb, you should probably be more than welcome to apply for and utilize IMDb Title Scorecard in order to upload entire "movies" of yours to the corresponding title video galleries on IMDb. On a side note, if each individual video has a running time under one minute's time, then it might be best to publish a selection of them in the form of a compilation or anthology, as one video. While TikTok-style (or Vine-style) videos, only ten seconds long, may possibly be eligible, I wouldn't recommend representing them as individual productions.

@jeorj_euler ; Thanks a lot, dear! You have thoroughly explained. However, I still am not sure if InstaGram, FaceBook might be included in the first category or not?!

I might not consider the 2nd category, since I am not working with a production company yet.

Yes, Instagram and Facebook are fine as hosting platforms, but please bear in mind that the videos have to be anonymously accessible (meaning no registration requirement) at a specific Web URL during the span of time that the IMDb title addition contribution is made and processed. Note: Instagram can sometimes be a little tricky in this regard, because the website interface of it is designed to encourage visitors to sign in, by temporarily making content inaccessible when too many hits originate from the same client Internet address or same set of Web cookies, in a short amount of time.
