I want to request the removal of a fake actor from a title but don't have the "traditional" evidence to back my claim
Hey all, first time poster here, I'll try to keep this brief:
In the cast list for the video games Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, there is a listing for an actor named Roger Garcia, who allegedly voices the character Spectre. However, upon checking the actor's IMDB profile, it is the only role listed, which raises some suspicion. Recently I have reached out to a developer at Treyarch via social media to verify the information, and they confirmed in private messages to me that different actors portrayed Spectre in these two games. As such, I have submitted these actors to each game's cast list.
However, I am unable to submit an update to remove Roger Garcia from the cast list. IMDB keeps denying my submissions, claiming they cannot verify my information. Now, this is where I am stumped, because IMDB support suggests attaching screencaps of my evidence. However, the only evidence I can share is my private messages with the developer, which is still somehow ineligible. I don't have any other way to prove my claim, so I am unsure as to how I can proceed.
