I want to give film credit
I want to give people film credits. I googled how to give film credits and It said if they have at least 1 credit to just search their name. But what if they do not have any credits and this will be their first credit. Will they also need IMDb pro?

No, if you have a title with new actors, you can just add their credits. And you don't need IMDbPro; a free IMDb account will suffice, so long as you provide sufficient evidence to confirm your contribution.
But if they don't appear in the onscreen credits, they need the attribute (uncredited).
And until they have a Credited role, their credits won't be displayed on IMDb.
