I think Gully (2019) rating is being manipulated
Hello,
I have the suspicion that the rating of the movie Gully (2019) is being manipulated. 90+% of the new votes are with 1s. I watched it and it is average and forgettable, but with good acting and shots. Not even close to what one would imagine if a movie is rated 1.1. I know that it is subjective but I think its fair rating should be around 5, based on my experience. Could this be investigated?

Same happened with the trailer of the movie on YouTube:

Many Russian comments. Seems that some Russian fans of Johnny Depp target Amber Heard and are trying to cancel her, sort of. It is silly.
Interestingly, they accumulated a lot of downvotes on YouTube, so some bots could be also part of this (or Depp has really huge and dedicated fanbase in Russia). 10000 fake votes on IMDb is no joke either. IMDb should update their algorithms if not to prevent this, then at least to detect it and report to staff.
Not to mention that Heard has few minutes of screen time.
