I submitted this about a week ago and it still hasn't gone through. I was just checking to see if everything is alright.

Any thoughts for corrections? If anything?

Thank you for posting the submission reference number! After reviewing, I can see that this Award submission was declined. However, I have further investigated and approved your submission. The changes are live on the site already for the Thilsri International Film Festival.

I have also escalated this processing error.
