I submitted 3 updates for a Trivia on a film page, but all 3 got rejected on the basis of duplicate?

@Bethanny​ Thanks for your swift response Bethanny, there isn't any online links however there were private emails that was between the casting director and the films producers - I can send screenshots of those conversations, does that work?
