I require some staff assistance

Recently an imdb employee made a number of alterations to my profile, one of which was the deletion of a credit because it did not display the '(uncredited)' attribute. I was then informed by this person that I could apply to have the credit put back on my profile, provided I add the '(uncredited)' attribute. In the time since then I have tried repeatedly to have this credit put back but it gets rejected every time and I'm at a bit of a loss, not sure why this is happening, my request sits in the system for about 24 hours before being rejected like clockwork each time. It seems that this is happening potentially because it expires due to no one checking it? In any case, through my efforts to have this credit reinstated, I have attached a number of points of identification to it as a means to help with authentication.
