Hi justbill555 -

To remove videos, please make sure you're signed into the IMDb account you originally used to upload the videos to our site, then visit your video list, you'll have the option to delete the videos.

Cheers!

@Michelle These were uploaded as part of a feature imdb had with Withoutabox and film festival submissions. They're not showing up under my accounts Video tab for this reason and Withoutabox has since shut down.

Any idea how to get them taken down?

Hi justbill555 -

Even though the videos were uploaded from Withoutabox, the videos should still display within the IMDb account you used to upload them.  Can you log into your account again and check your Video List? If the videos are not displaying there, it's possible that they were uploaded from a different account, which you will need to access in order to remove them.

If you are unable to access the account where the videos were uploaded and there are Copyright issues, you can alternatively report the videos by visiting the Contact Us page while logged into your IMDb account and selecting: IMDb Contributor > I need help and haven't submitted an update > Images & video > Remove/update videos then select "Email" and provide the copyright details.

Cheers!

I'll try the contact page because when I try to log in with the old account (the email of which I do no have access to anymore- I deleted it years ago) I get the following message (see below). I followed the prompt (also attached) and it leads me to a dead imdb page (404 error).

Hi justbill555 -

Yes, if you are having trouble accessing the old IMDb account, the best option is to reach out to our customer support team via our Contact Form.

In the meantime, you can also still report the videos for removal based on copyright issues.

@Michelle

I did reach out to them but they too are sending me in circles...

Thank you for your message!

To remove a video trailer, please make sure you're signed into the account you originally used to upload the video to our site, then visit your video list: https://contribute.imdb.com/video/list, you'll have the option to delete the videos.

However, if the Video was uploaded by a third party, we encourage you to contact the individual who initially uploaded the video and ask them to update the video directly.

If you are unable to reach that individual, please upload the new video trailer through your account and once the Video is uploaded please write us back to confirm the new upload, we can take a look at removing the old Video.

You can find instructions on how to add a video here:

https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/how-can-i-add-videos-to...

Please specify in detail about what issue you are facing in accessing the original account from which you have uploaded the video and we will gladly help you on that.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Best regards,
John

How do I report it? I do not see a Report button on the video page.
