I need help with some submissions I made

Submissions I have been making are continually getting rejected with the reason being cited that the submissions don't meet the contribution guidelines. The problem is I know for a fact that I am meeting the guidelines. The three submissions in question are #261008-064517-000000, #261008-064845-570000 and #261008-065356-332000. So what I am trying to do is add the English voice cast credits for these video games. Now I know normally non-original language voice cast credits go in the dubbing section, but the attribute page in the IMDb help centre states that there is an exception for the English cast if they are listed in the on-screen credits of the US version of a video game that have the English language available on release. I contacted IMDb support and pointed this out, but while they did admit I was right, they claimed that they couldn't accept it because I didn't prove that the actors were listed in the credits. I have included screenshots of the on-screen credits in every submission and they still gets rejected and I contacted IMDb support multiple times now and I keeps going in circles with the support staff claiming that the credits are not allowed in the cast section when they are or claiming that I didn't provide evidence when I did. I worry that I have now been blacklisted because the contact page is no longer working for me and won't accept my messages. Please can someone sort this out and can someone actually look at the screenshots I've submitted.
